We welcome PRE-MEDICAL students: we think this group deserves mentorship and a sisterhood in medicine.
Our Future Doc Fund will support our sisters-in-training.

This group is not only a mentorship platform, but a way to connect with those at your stage of life for peer-to-peer support.

We are NOT a Facebook group: with the launch of local chapters, we want to network and socialize in person.
We are NOT a hierarchy: regardless of your stage in the medical journey, Scrub Sisters believes in the value and importance of each member.
We are NOT static: we will evolve based on the needs and goals of its members.

Meet and network with other incredible women to discuss professional and real-life topics. Monthly meetings will be set up virtually and recorded.
Speaker Series
Learn about the med school application process, surviving and thriving during residency, maternity leave, the PUMP Act, branding yourself, physician wellness and resiliency, negotiating contracts, non-clinical careers and more…let us know what YOU want to hear about!
Communication
Traveling for an interview? Need emergency support for a hospitalized loved one? Have questions about your rights as a trainee? Ask your Scrub Sisters for ANYTHING on our Slack channels!
Social/Networking Opportunities
Join a local chapter and participate in virtual and in-person activities - speakers, community service projects, book club, happy hour, cooking classes, game nights, and more. We’re looking forward to launching our Host-a-Sister program, Clinician shadow matching program, Scrub Sisters medical mission and more.
